Introduction: 

Good morning everyone, my name is Freddy Liu, and today I will talk about "The History And Challenge Of International Terrorism" 

Why do I choose this topic, because of the frequent attacks of terrorists in recent months, so I want to let you know about terrorism. 

History: international and general 

The term "terrorism" first appeared during the French Revolution of the eighteenth century when the ruling party executed people to intimidate their enemies.  

Terrorism has become one of the biggest enemies of all mankind, and the eradication of terrorism has become a common task for all mankind in the new century. In this world there is nothing more hateful than terrorism, and there is nothing more confusing than terrorism. The world has been fighting terrorism for ever. The official terrorist organizations recognized by all countries used to be “AL Qaeda”. But now that the leader of “al Qaeda” Osama bin Laden, was killed in 2011, by the US military, other terrorist organizations like ISIS has started.

Terrorist organization continue to exist globally because of the believe that "one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter". Terrorists still has somewhere to go. While almost everyone opposes terrorism on a global basis, it is a shame that there is no global consensus on anti-terrorism operations. 

In July 2016. On French  National Day in France, a terrorist drove a truck into a crowd killing 80 and injuring more than 50  people. 

In 2014, in the Kunming Railway Station in China a terrorist group used knifes and booms to kill 31 and injure 141 people. 

The USA also has many terrorist attacks,in June 2016, in Florida, a terrorist went into a bar and used a gun to kill 50 people, and injure 53 and then killed himself. ISIS claimed responsibly and labeled the killer as "martyr". 

 Also in December 2015, on California another terrorist attack occurred when a couple shot and killed 14 people and injured 21. 

Fortunately, in Yuba City we have not had any terrorist attacks. 

Judeo/christian perspective: 

Although the religion is advise people to good, but if you really know history, you will know the religion usually is not make community more peaceful, is the begining of fight, killing and war. 

The first cause of the conflict in religion is the exclusion of the heretic: only I am right and others are wrong. How sommer like terrorism.  

To peaceful treatment unbeliever is a new mission of religion. Now Buddhism and Christianity are doing well, especially the Buddhism. 

So let religion and government are together like mixing extremes and violence. The unity of the church and the state means extreme violence, evil and terror. Whether history or now, Islam and government go the most recent, which is why so many terrorists from Islam. 

Of course, my personal view is that you can completely eliminate these terrorists, even the hope is small. Because last time global consensus is in 1984 for "Human Genome Project".
